This form uses a stoplight color-coded system to illustrate your comfort level with the following plot or story elements
GREEN: Acceptable or doesn't matter.
YELLOW: Ok if veiled or referenced to "off-screen"; It may be ok onscreen but would requires discussion ahead of time; and/or I'm uncertain how I feel about it
RED: Hard Line, this should not be included or referenced at all
